Possibly just wistful thinking, but I hope such is in two phases.

1. A SPP for investor wishing to participate and perhaps pick up more shares at a current SP discount.

1A. An underwritten SPP.

2. If not 1A, then a CR with institutional etc offering to pick up any slack required.


This would allow those retail investors the chance to avoid dilution (including PB) for any that are interested in doing so.

IMO to bypass Retail Investors would be a slap in the face.
