Linc Energy Ltd - Request for Trading Halt
The Company requests a trading halt of its securities with effect from prior to commencement of trading
today, 27 March 2013. In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following
information in relation to the request:
1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a
proposed material capital raising.
2. It is requested that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of open of trade on Tuesday 2
April 2013 or the release of an announcement by the Company regarding the proposed capital
raising.
3. The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be
granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
