of course juniors have to seek funds via cap raisings and the like, the alternative is go out of business - and strictly speaking though punters forget it, that's exactly why the market exists, as a fund raising mechanism, not for people on the sidelines to be buying and selling which puts nothing whatever into company coffers. So now we've got that straight...

it's the timing I was referring to. If AZS believed that its sp was likely to improve in the short term why would it not wait for a higher sp base for any CR - unless, as I said, they have received an unsolicited offer they can't refuse?
