it does not follow that a higher priced CR leads to any significant fall in sp - those companies which have organised CR's at higher prices BASED ON OUTSTANDING RESULTS have often carried the CR in their stride despite the placement holders selling back into the market.... you just can't make absolute statements about market activities.
