hmmmmmmmmmm A trading halt pending an announcement regarding a share placement? It can't be to raise funds to pay off loans for the upgrades as this is covered.
Then there must be someone out there wanting to come on board as a major holder, but who?
Woolworths may be increasing their stake or maybe its The San Miguel connection wanting a substantial holding and even a board position?
If it is an outsider then Woolies will require an issue to maintain there 25% holding, looks like a capital injection and the prospect of further growth.
Will existing shareholders have an opportunity to buy in also?
I don't mind having my holding diluted if it is balanced by an increase in share value.
