OK - so we know that the trading halt relates to the company's financing arrangements.

Possibilities include:

1) Announcement that the existing debt facilities contain an undisclosed market cap covenant that has now been breached. I have no idea whether this is a possibility, does anyone know???

2) Announcement that the bond issue has been finalised.

3) Announcement that the bond issue has been withdrawn.

4) Announcement that a smaller bond issue has been finalised, in conjunction with an underwritten equity raising.

5) Announcement of an equity raising.
