    Oops. Just seen the announcement.

    Failed to meet minimum subscriptions and the fact that they haven't come out with a restructure or re-pricing says it all I think.

    Well at least the share price cant go any lower.

    Pushing short term debt out though was a good result, but again lender probably had no choice.
