I don't think people in the world are different. The world's corruption list differs in the methods. Those who are positioned at the first places (less corruption?) are handling the same problem with more elegance (writing bills, paying taxes, using their great influence to politicians) So this list only is an influence list to show shareholders where to invest - it is the same influence like the great rating offices use - all they want is money-steering!
