    This is my theory, they did a 3B and did not do the right paperwork this was Friday 31st after trade. Monday morning the ASX needed clarification with DIlution etc under the listing rule 3.10.5a they released a media asx statement.

    I hope it's more than that but that is all i can read in the release.
