I would expect a trading halt right on the very day of 5 August and then followed by a Suspension from Trading for as long as the Court Case takes for a decision (up to 8 weeks allocated for the case).
The only way we would get a trading halt before the 5th of August in relation to the Court Case would be some miracle like SMM pulling out.
