I understand what you mean and I was in those discussion. All party will say that in public domain. The legal team will advise them the chance of success. What I can see from many dispute is that they need the chip to bargain and the bargain won't start until near the trial date. I am speculating here, however, the Solomon govt has a say if they want the parties to settle this thing and move ahead.
