According to the post of puremk, why should ESI put on Halt for this ALDP message last night? THey don't have to put on TH whether Yes or No from this now. According to ALDP rules, if pass, they have to be quiet unless ALDP give them permission to ann to the market as a public listed company and they can ann to the market straight away if No. But, it is really joke and no sense, why ALDP said they have not sent the letter out and taken down the website? After they put the message on the website and it is understood for the market that if ESI did not ann anything until Friday, means it is telling the market they got offer letter indirectly. Whether ESI follow ALDP rules and quiet or not, the result is already known by the market. So, the whole process is not really systemetic. Hope, this Th is related to the ALDP's permission for ESI to ann to the market of the Yes result.
