Hmm, not sure what you're saying exactly.
If the TH is in reference to clarification of the whole supposed statement being pulled from the website and whatnot, then that doesn't really apply to my comment.
I'm speaking in terms of whether the TH specifically 'revolves around whether there's been a successful result WRT the ALDP'.
If it does, then based on the notions maintained on this forum continually for the last handful of months at least, the inference would be ESI has not been successful with their application.
