remember as soon as a company is notified of success they can enter negotiations, as soon as this is concluded they can make an announcement. Maybe the th is because we are about to announce how much we are getting from the ALDP!! Nice to dream anyway.
th doesn't sound good, but I still wonder why they wouldn't have announced that we missed out if we did, surely that doesn't take that long. So much speculation, only time will tell.
