Surges was mostly right. Share price has been pumped up. Thought potentially it was for broker to offload but it was actually to pump out more shares. Deja vu, we've been dudded again.

To me it must be the information on where they placed the left over from last capital shortfall which if I am correct could be good news depending on who they were placed too??

No this is impossible. If shares were issued they would have had to announce such by 17th July (or whatever the 3 months was). This must be a new issue.
