The only way this is going North as you put it, is if the financing has already occurred at a premium - to some rich gullible muppet.
The next best thing would be an institutional placement at a 5-10% discount to 5 day V-WRAP however unlikely.
The most likely outcome, and most dillutionary, will be if they look at some underwritten SPP or Open Offer, it will drop to 2.5c as a start, and if they set the price too high, it will fail and their will be a huge overhang pegging the price at the high 1s - low 2s until there is some outstanding drill intercepts.
