I am also disappointed with the Capital Raising. But we have not had released to the ASX the justification.
We have a new CEO who has already structured the workforce and I assume reduced costs and increased flexibility, efficiency etc will this extra money be used as part of the cost reduction programme? (Please)
Institutions need justifications.
Time will tell.
