Why produce if your product is loss making and need additional capital to actually get the stuff to sell at a loss. I reckon the directors will have been getting legal advice on directors duties....

I'd be asking norilsk if they wanted security of supply ie step in to cover sales shortfall/ work out a long term arrangement that allows mbn to meet commitments. If answer no then onto care & maintenance, no supply to norilsk and let the debotrs decide whether they want a pittance now or more money when the nickel price recovers and it is actually profitable to mine Santa Rita.

No easy choices, so why not make a hard one.
