    there has been a bit of chatter about them looking for a partner....I'm sure they have been looking for a while....maybe they have found one....or maybe they are pulling back on all their capital expenditure and the like to allow there current funds carry them for a while longer to allow them to find a white knight....this is all my opinion of course
