Possibly, but the quarterly report is not due till end of October. So why have a TH just to give more time to release the report when more time is not needed. This has to be something more significant and market moving and MAD need time to finalise the way and what is to be announced. Maybe they have had a falling out with a senior person who has significant equity in the company or influence on such equity in the company? It seems very strange to me to say the least.
