Your opinion is fair enough and to the inexperienced may carry some merit.

But to others who perhaps have put some thought into it they may slightly disagree.

An interest rate of 7% when others in a better position are lucky to get under 12.5%.
It appears clear those terms were negotiated by one of our Chinese directors with leverage by Sinosteel.
Are these the actions of someone whom wants control?

I doubt it.
These are the actions of true partners who are acting in the best interests of all shareholders.
And seeing as they are large shareholders I’m certain they will want to see large frequent dividends when the time arrives.
