He has had it right up to now and I dont see that changing. Wouldnt mind him doing an offtake for the other 40% with the Chinese. It doesnt include the NC so he can sell that to the smelters if he wants separately. At the most it would be 80 mil and if they do some shares to sino then $45 million is it. If no bank then good.(maybe sino as well for cash) They already have enough stockpiled to cover the lot. This will be the end of discussions on finance now. So back to the jorc maybe??? Afterall we have build a whole new crusher and mill and stockpiled dirt because there is no copper or cobalt there and atm the Chinese want to buy 60% of nothing but dirt. Oh and they wanted 100% at the time.
