Spent a little bit of time in mining projects.
I've seen the good the bad and the ugly.time - blow outs in cost ,time and quality, scope creep, project redefintion, poor design misaligned contracts, sometimes resulting in 300% cost increases.

Far too many in the big houses consider great oration, political posturing, and inserting someone else between them and the perceived problem as modus operandi.

CDU is not the bad or the ugly.
I'm glad to be a shareholder with A grade management in CDU. It's a rarity in Australia where management understand the true value add, remaining focused.

This won't be sauce, So I'm left wondering what I'll call the rabbit- lots of Chinese smiles last time I checked.

Funding was the only thing holding this back bar the usual commissioning problems. I expect these will be few and solved reasonably expediently.
