    Issuance of more shares would not concern me as CuDeco has only about 205 million shares on issue- not a large number when one compares CuDeco with others.

    Take a look at our neighbour QMN with a rights issue of 347,999,927 new shares at 1.2 cents.

    CuDeco under the astute management of Wayne McCrae has managed to limit share on issue which means greater quarterly dividends to shareholders .

    I look forward to seeing the deal that has been struck.
