Again IMO.
If it is above 10 cents or above, you may not get all the punters to chuck a buck at it, they may only buy a few not all.
This time of year leading up to Xmas money doesn't get thown about willy nilly. If you want a full take up you make at a min %30 discount. If it is backed by a broker for short fall, and people dont take the offer up in full. Then they end up with a lot of shares that could get dumped at anytime, why risk that happening, the broker they use will set the price, and will choose the price. More than likely priced to suit what they want, or if they want them or not at X price. Should be Bell
