I doubt the TH is in relation to the indemnity. They have already disclosed that that is virtually gone now and that we will be treated as any other AKW debtor in the administration process.

Also it says "pending clarification of the status of a legal action. "

So it isnt a verdict one would think. And not a settlement. "Clarification" most likely refers to the Operatorship. That verdict was due by Nov 8.

Two day TH is the most we can request. I'd say the TH will become a full blown suspension come Friday and might last until the 8th?
