Dear SH,

Please ignore any comments from my Assistant Elias who is enthusiast to share his view on my behalf but with only guessing.

Fact -I called Maryan and she said the ann will be out on Monday and that they are awaiting some transcript from the court. She mentioned (exact words) "I would not be stressed" & "We do not want to loose or disappoint our shareholders"

Now you all can decide what this could be. To me its more related to lifting the injunction. Again only my view.
