this is how I read this ANN........ this is a very tactical movement as this case will take longer to be resolved as each claimants needs to proof their entitlement to act as a representative of their community ... and this could drag on and on to provide such proof as each claimants will be asking for extention of time to provide such evidence... so 2014 here we come......
