This is a JOKE ---- what freakin price are they going to get with $1.6M about to be issued at a 40% discount to market price & with a whole swag of options.
Ridiculous - and the whole mass dilutionary note issue that crippled price has not even been completed before their move for the next round of capital.
So as at the date of this TH - the notes are looking to be issued with $1.6M @ $0.012 & 2 options for every 3 shares issued.
It's not looking pretty.
Although if I wanted to try and talk up some last final sunshine outcome with about a 1% chance of happening ---- the CR will be a placement at a significant premium to market price & thereby drag up the remaining 15 days of VWAP for note conversion. Likely chance of it playing like that i'll say even smaller than 1%.
So billion share registry by end of year anyone ?
