Timing is too dodgy imo. Plus wouldn't we expect the share price to be higher post-financing? Whether that's marginal or more, any tick higher in the capital raising price is significant at these levels.
I would be ecstatic to be wrong. Bring on the announcement so that we know where we stand, one way or another.
