Really clear. The announcement is not about anyone removing their financing arrangements (although that could come later, I guess). It means the company is raising cash now. While everyone hates a raising, think of it this way- if equity holders - not just shareholders now but perhaps new investors) want to put money into AWD, then they will be doing their due diligence. Unless they are just happy to lose their money, then they would have an expectation of the GES money coming through. I think so, anyway. And if the GRES money comes through and AWD is financially secure, then everyone will benefit in terms of share price and AWD being less speculative. Just some thoughts.
