Damn ... my bet is that a cr is underway (hope I'm wrong). CVN, another oiler in my portfolio, has just hit us holders with a 'pre-drill cr' and has underwhelmed mr. market considerably ... if IPB are following their lead then .... at the risk of repeating myself ... damn!
