Every time this company raises money, it seems to have a compulsive need to do it at prices higher than market.
Constantly trying to prove the market wrong is a mugs game, in my opinion.
The share price isn"t worth $2.50 just because the company says it is. The market decides, and until todays halt, it had clearly decided it isn"t.
