Another dilutionary cap raising - this time at 18% or so. I am a PVD shareholder - and didn't get the phone call to participate - not yet anyway. Why not a rights issue or use the new ASX bookbuild platform?? At least then I can participate. Why am I being locked out again? How is the new Chairman and current CEO going to explain to the s/h that they raised the capital at the best possible price? It is pretty clear they haven't.
