    The Company has received an incomplete, indicative confidential and non-binding, proposal for a change of control transaction. In addition, the Company has been advised by the party which has made the approach, that the party has obtained a substantial relevant interest in Carabella. The purpose of the trading halt is for Carabella to clarify the information it has received from the party.
