As for Condon #1, if they use K-R#1 as the offset well that WAPET (now Chevron) drilled in 1966, the best zone was between 5528-5591 ft in the Coyrie Sands.
The DST didn't flow anything except gas-cut rathole mud from 5525-5714 ft TD (deemed tight by WAPET).
Gas shows were also seen in deeper sands in the - Billidee formation (6174'-6605') - Moogooloo SSt (6605'-6893') - Cordalia Graywacke (6893'-7096').
Depth r in feet, so convert these to metres to get an idea.
IMHO, the trick to flow the 'tight sands' is to probably drill under-balanced. That way the Operator has a better chance of letting the well 'kick in'. Hope this helps, all the best chaps.
