bought this a couple of days ago at 33.5 cents after it show up in my daily stock scanner.

My interpretation is this:

They said a "potential resource"

So, They did not use the words a "new potential resource"
just potential resource.

This to me implies its something unexpected to do with there existing assets.


So, of course be unexpected is price sensitive. Shut it down right away before she leaks.

Mind you, I do feel this ship has been leaking the whole time hence the great performance over the past month.
