The DPI website was definitely not changed prior to the ann, I checked immediately when TH was in place and found the unchanged site in place.

The change appeared around an hour into the TH.

Was DPI changed away from timelines because each company of those successful now follow their own schedule within the program after siganture of funding agreement?

It is obvious that some companies overseas will have to undergo much more rigid regulations in receiving tax payers money in Australia, one would assume.



The MD is meaningless at this point in time, market is undecided and has recent Monash disappointments fresh in mine, hence the caution, yet with a distinct tendency towards positive news.


Those who might be in the know had a long period of accumulation and distribution provided by Arup affiliates, no need to rush in at this late stage, as I see it.
