Management will have to bargain with ALDP to be able to put something out there into the open as the secrecy is destroying shareholder wealth.
Other applicants are not publicly listed and do not undergo such pressures from the shareholders.
The ALDP guidelines state that applicants are NOT allowed to share information regarding the program UNLESS having asked DPI for allowance to publish.
Management might have resorted to that option.
