    Not enough info with just the statement CR..

    I will say at the moment happy kept holding.....

    Normally with other stocks not happy to hold on a CR announcement in general...

    But the fact that Randgold hasn't announced who they will Joint Venture and previously Bgs...got more cash at 30% premium..

    There is the possibility of this being a different situation..
