If you look at the Notice of Annual General Meeting/Proxy Form it has the table on Capital Raising.
At date of issue BGS was trading at 0.019. I highly doubt they will issue sub 0.0095 as they are not in need.
I think they can also bump it up to just over 4.1m which will be an interesting placement - is that haul road $$$?
