    Might be a placement, there are other investors out there besides Sprott and Rangold that could be interisted including MQB Ventures that has three associates, our Keven , Orinoco Golds Mark Papendieck ( they took a 5 % holding in OGX ) and Nick Day ( our company secretary ) small world ha, so the BGS boys might have made a presentation to MQB that convinced them to chip in..
