I'd have preferred they waited until post-Halcon results at least. As previously stated, they need to start paying for what is to coin your phrase, a 'productive asset' in Pathfinder. In a perfect world it would of course be a 'producing' asset. I think this CR while as regrettable as they all are, is part of that process.
In reality, a company this size, with <$2mill in cash and looming capex on what will this year (in fact this quarter) become producing assets, was always going to need further capital injection.
I don't get that 'BCC' feeling with this lot Auto.
