No difference in effect. Costs you dilution either way, but a cornerstone investor sends a specific signal to the market. Who knows, I wouldn't be surprised if Halcon has a run at us within 12-18 months quite frankly, and a whole lot will have changed in that time.

In late 2013 comms I had with GG the following comments are 'now' particularly relevant.

PATHFINDER

"Phase one will be selling our gas directly to an industrial
market. Phase 2 will require a much more expensive interconnect system
and processing plant and this will be required as the field is
developed. This we will still look for THIRD PARTY CAPITAL to develop as it will be a $5mill - $10 project (my emphasis)

and this...

"We are pushing for the gathering system to be completed by mid next year JUNE JULY" (thats this year...my emphasis)

Gives you some indication of timing to becoming a 'producing asset' with expandability, and thats just gas.

And for what whats its worth...

"I'm confident it will be THE YEAR of Austin Exploration"

Lets hope so.
