-Placement 'relatively' modest (actually less than I thought by a long shot)

-270m more shares (worst case)

-placement priced not far off current bid (SL you might get your order hit if you're still in the queue at 1.1c -but not for long I'd venture to say)

-Placement appropriately and clearly allocated to progressing 'productive' projects closer to 'producing'

-Placement effect on SP likely to be mitigated by impending results from 3 current drill programs, the first of which will be Birch.
