This is something I didn't expect! I saw them as having burned through their cash and having trouble developing their existing resources, not in a position to acquire new projects. Very exciting! I look forward to seeing what their idea of 'substantial' is. I wonder if this is in any way related to the increase in price over the last few months, particularly that enthusiastic buying I commented on recently.
