i'm probably a bit pessimistic but I don't see the formal registration as meaning 100% binding in Kaz. Generally the make up of a JV is in no way exempt from changing either.
the fact is none of us have any idea. GTE could be trying to negotiate a farm out to someone (i.e. Kazzinc owned by glencore) in exchange for funding for both spass and aus assets.
