Stamford mighn't have read the ann but he's nailed it IMO.
Can't be good for s/h judging by the massive daily dumping by those obviously "in the know" I've been going on about.
Having said that, the Board won't be cutting their collective noses off to spite their faces so maybe the market will react favourably after it digests the news.
At least there's been no quake damage!
