    REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

    In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Bora Bora Resources Limited requests a
    trading halt in its securities effective immediately pending the release of an
    announcement in relation to exploration results received for its Matale Graphite
    Project in central Sri Lanka.

    The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement to
    market or prior to the commencement of trading on Thursday, 6th March 2014.

    The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
