according to my calculations incitec's market capitalisation will be $1415m with fcl's 21% giving approx $300m. FCL have a 40% stake in AAC which is doing well and the value of this stake is about $70m. at 30 June they had cash of $297m and they have a small stake in orica.
current capitalisation of fcl @ $1.46 is $890m. i reckon fcl deserves to be far higher than that. any thoughts?
